The 5th generation and 3 stars
The present owner, Manfred Pirner (4th generation) finally took over the business in 1976 from his father Jean Pirner. For a couple of years now already the 5th generation, Stefan and Katrin Pirner, are co-operating the business in the restaurant, hotel and butcher shop.
Every generation showed huge encouragement, dilligence and effort to advance in every field of business. The last indicatior for that huge amount of endeavour was the award of the 3rd star by the hotel qualification board. The in-house butcher shop was awarded multiple times for highest quality!
